Digitally Connected Rajasthan

Founder Sumer Singh Adhana wants to bring every Gram Panchayat in Rajasthan onto a single digital platform and turn villages into the next engines of opportunity.

Long before Adhana Group became a multi-vertical name, founder Sumer Singh Adhana had one quiet promise to himself — that the village he came from would not be left behind by the future. That promise has now grown into one of the most ambitious civic-tech visions in Rajasthan: to bring every Gram Panchayat in the state together on a single digital platform.

The idea is simple and powerful. A single-window mobile and web application that connects every farmer, every panchayat, and every government scheme. A farmer in Jhunjhunu should be able to raise a concern, apply for a subsidy, get crop-advisory help, or list produce for sale — all from one interface, in one language, with one identity.

Sumer Singh Adhana wants this to be a true private–government partnership. Adhana Group will fund and build the technology platform, train the panchayat operators, and run year-on-year capacity building. The state and central government, along with elected sarpanchs, will own governance, citizen-facing service standards and the data trust framework. The result, if delivered with discipline, will be a model that other states can replicate.

‘A connected village is a confident village,’ Sumer Singh Adhana says. ‘When information stops being a privilege of cities, opportunity stops being a privilege of cities.’ Pilot panchayats in the Khetri block are already being identified. The first wave will focus on certificate issuance, scheme onboarding, mandi price discovery, and farmer grievance handling.

We believe digital empowerment is the most powerful, most scalable, and most respectful form of giving. It does not create dependence; it creates dignity. This is why this project sits at the heart of how Adhana Group plans to ‘We Make a Difference’ over the next decade.
